This updated Alexander mid-century home is the perfect retreat to experience the true desert lifestyle. Built in 1959, it features vaulted ceilings showcasing its post and beam construction and tongue and groove ceilings.

The living room and open kitchen create a huge living space that opens up to two patios that overlook the sparkling pool. This sun filled area is great for gathering together when you`re not outside living the Tuxedo lifestyle. You`ll also discover that there`s plenty of boardgames for all to enjoy. 

The colorful Primary bedroom features a king size bed, closet, work desk, reading chair, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. In addition, this room also host a private courtyard that offers mountain views and provides a natural shaded area for morning yoga.  

The two guest bedrooms are nicely sized and provide a super comfortable bed, mountain views, and share a guest bath.

Your oasis and fun lie ahead in the sunshine-soaked backyard. This large private yard provides you with amazing mountain views, a large swimming pool, above ground hot tub, fire pit, natural gas bbq grill, ping-pong table, foosball table, and outdoor dining to name a few. 

Come night this private outdoor oasis becomes even more magical with all the landscape lights, light strings, pool light, and fire pit all lit up.  

The backyard also features plenty of pool lounge chairs, umbrellas, and an outdoor covered dining area where you'll discover that grapevines have embraced this romantic alfresco lifestyle as well. There are also pickleball and tennis racquets available for guest use!

Mornings out front with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise has no comparison in beauty and relaxation. The mid-century architecture fits in beautifully within the best, most iconic Palm Springs neighborhood. Soaring wood ceilings make the interior of the house feel warm and homey for family and friends.

The home`s living area hosts comfortable furniture throughout, a fireplace for stays during the winter months, and a smart TV. The adjoining dining table for six enjoys beautiful views of the back patio and the swimming pool. The chef of the group will fall in love with the kitchen the moment they see it! It has spectacular countertops, beautiful lighted modern cabinets with hidden drawers above, stainless steel appliances, large fridge, stove/oven with range hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and mini drink fridge.

In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
