Each of the glamours bedrooms lead out to the large front entertainment area that provides a true private mini-resort atmosphere.  Highlighted by the sparkling pool, fire pit, and the multiple sun filled and umbrella covered lounging areas that you're sure to find comfort around every corner of this magical property.

The two main house bedrooms showcase King size beds and are separated by a large bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. There's also a second bathroom with a shower/tub combo located off the living room area. The second guest bedroom also includes a day bed as an additional sleeping option. This is perfect for families that want to keep a little one near if they're joining them at this spectacular Palm Springs vacation rental.

The Casita or third bedroom is truly a private space for those looking to escape, but also for those wanting to entertain as well.  The Casita features a large pool table, smart television, ceiling fans, kitchenette, a spectacular Kimball Baby Grand Piano, and its own bedroom with a private en suite bathroom.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. Our homeowners have made this home available for others to enjoy with their responsible group that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city’s and house rules. The City of Palm Springs prohibits music and loud noise. It strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed outdoors at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 10:00 am, and guests are asked to be inside during those hours and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $49 nightly or $245 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
