La Quinta Palapa Paradise

The poolside team was extremely responsive and made everything easy.

The home was quite spacious for two of us and could comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The main bedroom's bed was very comfortable, with nice linens. The neighborhood is quiet; it is not quite walking distance to the Tennis Gardens, but is an easy drive.

Poolside was very responsive.

We're so pleased with our stay. What a relaxing retreat within easy striking distance of L.A. The pool and spa were the focal point for us, but the kitchen, TVs, bluetooth stereo, cozy beds, and so much more... all of it just made it a perfect choice for us. Can't say enough great things about the house.

Above and beyond! We had a terrific stay at the Paradise property. I loved that it was pet friendly, the backyard is gated and included however a small dog could fit under the metal gate so be careful to keep an eye on the furry family members. The pool and spa were incredibly nice, the warm water made swimming very enjoyable and the jacuzzi spa was easy to operate. The house rules and all the info you need is in a binder that is extremely thoughtfully laid out and convenient. The house is in a good neighborhood also, no noise (beside the cicadas) lol... Wish I could move in! Hahaa... The walk in closet in the master bedroom is to die for. The jacuzzi tub is amazing. I mean this was one of my favorite vacations I've ever been on. PS the La Quinta Bakery Company has awesome breakfast.

Response from Poolside on some minor issue upon arrival was outstanding! They even offered to go to house to retrieve & ship some items granddaughter left in closet!

House was as described and neighborhood very quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

The Palapa Paradise is truly amazing! We enjoyed the private pool and spa daily and nightly, and it gave us all the relaxation we hoped for. The house is really spacious with big open rooms and vaulted ceilings. Super comfy beds, couches, and a well stocked kitchen, appliances, and utensils. The grill worked great and all the directions are laid out in a guild (with pictures) they provide.

Poolside was amazing. The team was very responsive and fast, they even brought us a beautiful, delicious cake. We definitely will go back.

We had a wonderful time at this house! The location was great! The house was big, with beautiful bedrooms, comfortable beds, high ceilings! The kitchen was fully stocked which made our stay very comfortable. The highlight was the backyard , the beautiful pool, spa with palapa and there were misters for the spa and patio area which is a plus during the hot days!

Special shout-out to the Poolside team who helped us with some troubles and brought us gifts, that was so thoughtful!! The communication was extraordinary, I cant thank you enough.

Stayed here with my little family and we would definitely come back!! Upon arrival, we had a goodie basket that we enjoyed throughout the days. The spa in the master bedroom was my favorite, so spacious and comfortable. It was so hot! So we spent most of our days in the pool, which has a relaxing fountain. The bad thing about everything was we had to leave A must place to stay!

Team Poolside's response time was so quick! We got all our questions answered within minutes. They were even nice enough to leave us a complimentary snack box when we checked in, and two boxes of desserts during our second day! No other hosts have ever done that! So nice of them!

Came here for a chill girls trip and this place was soooo cute. The palapa was great because it gave us plenty of shade which is crucial in the desert. The pool is on the narrow side and not meant for jumping (not that deep), but perfect for chilling out bc they had plenty of floaties! The misters were such a nice touch especially for laying out to tan! The one thing to definitely be mindful about is that this house is located in an area where noise is very restricted. Our host reminded us a couple times that there are fines given out if noise is loud in that area, and it makes sense; Palm Desert has gotten so strict because of the music festival crowds, which is totally understandable. Advice I would've liked to hear from other reviews: It's a great place, but if you're big on playing music outside and even having it a little loud, this wouldn't be the best place. Chill vibes only. Above all though, the hosts were just so awesome, I truly felt like it was their mission to make us feel taken care of and we were! Best hosts ever!

The house was great and we all had a great time spending time in it. Pool area was really fun and the palapa over the jacuzzi was a nice touch to protect you from the sun! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking!

WoW! Everything was great and exactly what was expected. The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. Having a garage to put the car out of the heat was a plus+ The real gem was the backyard pool and spa area. it was so nice to spend the day outside but still be able to escape the heat. there are misters for the spa and patio area so you can sit in the shade and not be hot. They have an awesome grill that we used each night. you can also bring your pups along for a small fee which is great....Could not ask for more in this rental and we will definitely book again!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house - it was clean, comfortable, and a convenient drive to anything we wanted to do. The house was comfortable with plenty of space, and the pool was perfect for the hot afternoons. I would recommend this as a place to stay for anyone visiting the area, and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Poolside Rentals welcomed us with treats, waters, cookies and cinnamon rolls which were delightful. The hospitality and customer service provided was beyond superior and is something that does not go unnoticed.

We absolutely loved our stay! This was a sisters trip that we planned and it was perfect. The place, the pool and the location were great! The communication and hospitality provided was amazing So glad we booked here. We would definitely book this place again.

I recommend this beautiful home. The pool was perfect, rooms are beautiful and beds comfortable. It was very clean. The home had the feel of a vacation getaway and comfort of being in a luxury hotel.

The service and responsiveness from team Poolside was literally second to none! Felt good to have water and snacks there for us on check in. There was an issue with a light bulb out and they were there within 45 minutes. So easy to communicate with the team!

This was a fun home to stay in! We had all three bedrooms occupied and used the kitchen a lot. The ceilings are high , which feels good to be in. We enjoyed the hot tub.
