In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quite hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Beautiful property that is even nicer than it looks online (and it looks beautiful!). There are gorgeous mountain views not visible in the pictures, and everything you need or want is onsite. They even have an excellent selection of games for the whole family.

Communication with was as good as could be expected. They were very responsive before booking and during our stay. They left welcome snacks and waters, and even dropped by some muffins (nice touch).

Just spent a long weekend at this property and it was absolutely wonderful!
The backyard and spa/pool were our real draw, but the interior was equally as great. The garage ping pong table and arcade games were just a bonus!
The house is well stocked with all you need for cooking in. The backyard BBQ with built in island was fantastic. We used it often during our weekend.
The decor was a mix of Palm Springs eclectic and modern class. Beautiful furnishings, spacious bedrooms and showers. Everything felt new! The owners really paid attention to the little details with this property.
We will definitely return on our next Palm Springs adventure.

Talk about customer service! Team Poolside went above and beyond to help us trouble shoot the issues with turning on the spa heat. The phone wasn't connecting so she walked me through everything. Honestly, they are there for your support nearly 24/7.

The pool shelf was a hit with our two children under the age of 1! It is great because you can have an umbrella in the water to keep the sun out. We cannot wait to stay again. This house is a great location. I recommend walking to 4 Paws coffee and getting a lavender latte and a breakfast sandwich, only .5 miles away. We also drove into town for the Thursday night Village Fest.
Like others mentioned, the kitchen is fully stocked, just bring your condiments etc.
We stayed in October and it was well worth the extra charge to heat the pool!
