This magnificent property features three exquisitely appointed bedrooms that feature smart tv’s, ceiling fans, and tastefully appointed accent walls. There are two bathrooms, one is located inside the primary bedroom, while the two guest bedrooms share the hallway bathroom. The open floor plan provides plenty of space to spread out and get comfortable, but close enough to keep everyone together.
Preparing meals large or small is a snap with the fully stocked kitchen. The living room gas fireplace provides a classic mid-century peanut brittle facade that provides a special ambience and warmth for those cooler months here in the desert. In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors.
Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy. Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. We care for our homes, and our guests with a dedication to great hospitality. Locally owned & operated. We look forward to the opportunity to host you.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $100 nightly or $500 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

Perfect getaway! The house was absolutely wonderful! Spotless, stylish trend decor and well stocked with everything you need! Kitchen outfitted with herbs and spices and every cooking things. Beds super comfortable. Hot tub was divine for cool weekend as was the fireplace. Highly recommend this spot...great location for exploring Palm Springs for a girls trip, family or couples! Hated to leave!

You should definitely book this house! The house is exactly as pictured! Its comfortable, clean, and adorably decorated. The house, including the pool and spa, were all VERY clean. The beds in each room were super comfy! We loved the fireplaces (inside and outside) each morning and evening when it was cool outside.

Although they did not have a crib option or highchair for our little on, they quickly recommended a local rental for us. Poolside rentals also dropped off some baked goods from a local bakery which we devoured for breakfast... it was a really nice touch!

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at Poolside Bungalow! The place was clean and beautifully decorated. As others have mentioned, we spent the vast majority of our time out by the pool. It was clean and a nice temperature - refreshing but not too cold! And we loved relaxing in the hot tub as well. We had short drives to hikes and had no problem getting a quick Uber downtown for dinner. We also made several meals and the kitchen had everything we needed! Being able to grill and eat outside was an added bonus. And the sunset view from the front patio was absolutely gorgeous! We had a hard time leaving and would visit again in a heartbeat!!

This bungalow is the perfect little private get away in the middle of Palm Springs. It is 5 minutes from the airport but dont worry you dont hear planes taking off and landing. It is super clean and comfortable with every little detail taken care of. Loved the modern decor and colors. It made us happy! We loved sitting in the front patio with the fire pit keeping us warm in the cool evenings. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Poolside Vacation rentals and their customer service can't be beat. They were available to us 24/7, though we hardly needed them. When we did for a few minor things, they returned calls/emails within 15 minutes and stopped by that same day. We will only stay at a home managed by Poolside Vacation rentals, for sure.

My husband and I stayed in this charming home for 2 weeks and loved every minute of it. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped with anything we needed. We paid for the pool to be heated the entire stay and glad we did because the mornings and evenings were cool. We are big walkers and we walked into town often - a 25 minute walk each way. The neighbor hood was very quiet. This was our first time in Palm Springs and now we understand the lore of it and will be back each February.
