A beautiful home & an amazing stay! We thoroughly enjoyed the touches provided by the host throughout the home, making our stay that much better! This included the various games (Corn hole, golf, ping pong), bicycles, lovely pool, hammocks, a fully stocked kitchen for use, plus perfectly curated decor! Our group of girls had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool & hanging out at home. Just one thing to note.. the home has decibel readers, which track noise levels at all times. This may make people uncomfortable to find out during an evening staying in. As we are a respectful bunch, we ensured that any noise was undetectable from the outdoors - which we checked several times. The bugs outside were louder than anything coming from the house!! It just seems a tad ridiculous that watching a movie in the evening, while chatting & laughing would prompt a message, even a warning, from the host. Other than that, don't hesitate to book this lovely home!

One of our best stays in Palm Springs. The house was amazing and had a great location. Everything was well appointed, and we loved all the extra linens and towels too. At one point we thought the fridge was broken. They came over right away to check it out (wasn’t broken, just user error). So impressed we are planning to book next year’s stay asap.

Loved 'House of Joy' and highly recommend if you are visiting Palm springs, this is the place to stay! This home has everything and the outdoor space is fantastic... exactly as pictured in listing. We enjoyed every amenity; the pool, hot tub, corn hole, fire pit, putting green, ping pong, lounge areas, and biking into town. The view of the mountains was spectacular and the wall mural set the vibe for fun and relaxation. The interior decor was clean, contemporary, and cozy. We all (6 of us) loved our bedrooms and slept well on the comfy beds. It was a great place to celebrate my birthday with family and my only wish is that we could have stayed longer!!!

We had the absolute best weekend at House of Joy! The weather was HOT while we visited Palm Springs (115F, 46C) and we were so grateful for the pool and well-functioning AC unit. The Poolside Vacation team was super friendly and responsive. It was quick and easy to call Ubers to get downtown. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was clean, and check-in was seamless. We'll definitely be back!

Very nicely renovated place— the photos show it accurately. For better or worse. It’s very close to the airport. It was really nice to only drive four minutes from the airport. The shade in the main bedroom really needs to be replaced, it doesn’t work that well, and let a lot of light in. That’s really the only thing that was wrong. Nice pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was nice but it’s not fancy.

House was adorable! We stayed during a cheer competition at the convention center and this home was so convenient! Super quiet, fabulous backyard, was even bigger than the pictures. Cute pool, hot tub! LOVED the fireplace and fire pits! Will definitely book again!

The property was beautiful, well maintained and comfortable for relaxing with friends for 4 nights. We had everything we needed and ended up spending more time than planned given the amenities of the home. There are beautiful mountain views from the back yard, and the property feels secluded from any neighbors/noise. Others mentioned being near the airport caused noise, but over 4 days, I think I heard one plane while outside. We had two requests immediately upon arriving (a missing curtain and the hot tub not being hot yet), which were addressed ASAP. They even sent a maintenance person over that night to fix the curtain for us which was really appreciated and solved all our problems. Communication was prompt, very kind and we felt like we were taken care of. Make sure to read the manual upon checking in as they have a lot of great information on the house and nearby attractions. Would highly recommend given proximity to downtown and airport. Thank you!

My wife and I brought our two kids and also my parents for a short holiday, and I am so glad we stayed at this property. The house was beautiful and lighting inside was perfect. Everything inside and outside in the backyard are exactly as shown in the pics so we were more than impressed. The kids had loads of fun with not just the pool, but also the mini golf, ping pong table, etc while there were many little touches around the place that shows the attention to details and that’s what make an experience above and beyond. The hosts are also proactive and friendly, and prompt in responding. I will certainly recommend this place to others looking for a nice place to stay in Palm Springs

We would definitely stay here again! The backyard was perfect- so much fun for our family. With the hammocks, pool, hot tub, cabana, putting green, and plenty of comfy seating, everyone was very happy! When we ran into a couple minor issues (a slow shower drain) the hosts were super responsive and even dropped off a couple of goodies to make up for the issue. We all felt that the house was beautifully decorated and everything felt very high quality, which is rare for airbnbs! Definitely check out the nearby bookstore and “Koffi” coffeehouse for a peaceful morning adventure!

We came with our kids (9 and 5) for spring break. We all had the best time. The pool/jacuzzi, hammocks, ping pong table and putting green were all so fun and gave us endless options. We thoroughly enjoyed the very well appointed house and the vicinity to downtown restaurants. Roasting marshmallows for s’mores at the end of the night was an added bonus. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely stay, fairly handicapped accessible (there is one small step at the rear patio door so bring a small ramp). Bathrooms are not fully ADA accessible but large enough to navigate and accommodate the required assistance. The home was incredibly clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Pool and shade structure were lovely and we were thankful for the portable umbrella.

Our family of 6 had a five-star stay at the House of Joy. Our favorite part of the house was the backyard area with the pool, spa, hammocks, putting green, and fire pit. We spent most of our time outside enjoying those amenities. Inside of the house, particularly the kitchen, was well equipped for cooking meals at home which we enjoyed at the outdoor dining table. We were concerned that being close to the airport might be noisy, but we hardly heard a plane the entire trip. We were also concerned that there wasn’t much covered area to escape the sun outside, but this was not an issue at all with plenty of shaded seating in the backyard. The host was easy to communicate with when needed and responsive. They were nice enough to leave some snacks and drop off other goodies during our stay. Overall, this was an excellent home and I would highly recommend it to others visiting Palm Springs.

What an amazing little oasis! The home is exactly as pictured and we felt very welcomed and cared for - the house was spotless and set up for our arrival, with lots of communication from the host (and they even dropped off some goodies for us!). The backyard is such a wonderfully peaceful place. We were a bit worried about noise from the airport and nearby streets but I'm happy to report it was very quiet. Beds are comfy (foam mattresses), kitchen is well appointed and the couch is g-r-e-a-t! So so cute, would definitely recommend. We only had one little hiccup with the keyless deadbolt upon checkout, but host was responsive and took care of it for us immediately. Lovely experience.

Had a great stay in Palm Springs! The backyard is incredible - we sprung for the pool/spa heat which costs extra and it was nicely heated when we arrived. I also loved that the grill was directly connected to the gas line so no worries about not having propane. The host was super communicative, checking in almost every day just to see how things were and when we did have a question, they responded promptly which was great. Only flaw was that the kitchen is not amply stocked with the basics for cooking, which I'd expect given the price (we had to go buy veg oil and scrounged for salt).

The home was lovely and peaceful and looked just like the pictures. The outdoor space was even more relaxing than the pictures made it look if that is possible! In addition to the listed amenities there was a surprise ping pong table in the garage and cornhole boards against the wall. This was wonderful for my games- loving family. We ate out most meals, but the kitchen was well-stocked for breakfasts and comfortable on the night we dined in. The hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly and when little things came up they had someone there instantly to take care of it. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, immaculate home with lovely outdoor space.

This rental was great for my parents, us and my two young kids to share. The house was clean, well-appointed, and easy to get to upon reaching town. Management was very hands-on and swift w communication, and left some snacks out, as well as dropped off some sweet treats during our trip. I appreciated that the rooms were warmly decorated and styled, such that it felt less like a rental. I liked that they talked about the featured artists in their info folder. We especially enjoyed the back yard, which was cozy with lots of lounging options and fun games for the kids. It was great to be able to request pool heating and not too expensive to add on. It is close to the airport, but thankfully the air traffic was not too disturbing. If I could make one recommendation, it would be to have a booster seat, some kid-friendly tableware, and maybe some board games, just to make it an even more family-friendly home than it already is. Thanks for a great time!

Fantastic, central location, close to downtown and the airport (although shockingly we didn’t see or hear any planes). Beautiful home with comfortable beds and high end finishes, and real live plants! The open floor plan was ideal for our family. The yard was the best part though - amazing pool and the cabana and hammocks were perfect for lounging. We had a super relaxing vacation and would consider staying again! Hosts were incredible friendly and responsive.

EXCEPTIONAL! The best AirBnB experience any of us have ever had. The house is incredible with every amenity you can think of. It’s beautiful and clean, indoors and out. The host was so responsive (literally within minutes they’d reply). The blender in the kitchen wasn’t working so when we messaged them about it, they were at our doorstep within an hour with not only a new blender but also cheesecake and Champaign. 11/10 recommend

Exceptional service. We got immediate responses to requests and friendly service the whole time. There was a house book with instructions on how to navigate the property which was very helpful. Everything was in working order and super clean. Lots of fun activities inside the home as well as around town. 10/10 recommend

The Poolside team did not disappoint. The House of Joy is truly a home away from home. It is very cozy and comfy with plenty to keep you busy including a hammock if you just wish to be still. Every amenity was available, and the house was very clean. There was lots of supplies in the pantry that came in handy. I brought my Keurig, but I didn't need to because there was a really cute one available. I really appreciated the use of several streaming services! I was expecting to log into my own.

The Poolside Vacation team was super friendly and responsive. We had the absolute best weekend at House of Joy! The weather was HOT while we visited Palm Springs (115F, 46C) and we were so grateful for the pool and well-functioning AC unit. It was quick and easy to call Ubers to get downtown. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was clean, and check-in was seamless. We'll definitely be back!

Our stay during Coachella weekend was perfect. Awesome location, great house with all the amenities we wanted and the host was beyond sweet leaving us some delicious baked goods while staying at the house. The pool heated. Overly along with the jacuzzi. The space was fantastic and quiet. We look forward to staying again.

As someone who is already familiar with Palm Springs's strict rental property rules, I appreciated the self-check-in with their thorough welcome email and binder.My husband and I visit Palm Springs at least once a year, always choosing a private home for a relaxing, private stay. Team Poolside were quick and helpful communication upon booking and leading up to our stay. Everyone we spoke to were very friendly and happy to answer any questions. They even dropped off some desserts for us during our stay! This home was one of the best Airbnb stays myself and my group have had so far. The house itself was just as great! The home was spotless and well stocked with everything we could have needed. The couch and beds were comfy and the backyard was the perfect spot to hang out.

Prompt communication. Easy check in. The Poolside Team had even sent us a cake and a bottle of champagne during our stay over fathers day weekend. Location is a 4 min drive to downtown. Father in law was in love with the 9 hole putting green even though I kicked his butt! The pool was perfect and a beautiful centerpiece for the back yard. Lovely place!! Will be back soon!

Responsiveness of the Poolside Team was top notch! WOULD STAY HERE ANOTHER 50 TIMES! We frequent PS often (at least 3-4 times a year) and always rent out properties. This property was top notch, not only for its central location to downtown PS, but because of its comfort, rich amenities, and cleanliness. The kitchen is stocked up with ample dishes, glasses, utensils and other necessary kitchen appliances. From a fun factor, you have games, bikes, ping pong table, corn hole, a mini golf course and let's not forget about the pool. Truly the best

The check in process was very simple. Prior to getting to the home the communication with the Poolside team was fabulous. Each time we had a question they responded quickly. They also dropped cookies off for us one evening. I would state the best thing about renting this property was the professional property management. I would recommend this location or any other location managed by Poolside Vacation Rentals. We truly enjoyed our time at House of Joy.

The Poolside team was so nice, when we couldn't find martini glasses they actually went and bought them and delivered them to the door! The second day They delivered sweet treats and a bottle of Champagne. The team couldn't have been nicer. This was a perfect getaway. The house looks just like the photos. Very comfortable! We loved the beds. Incredibly comfortable I need to find out what kind they are.Great linens and pillows too! Large and spacious sofa, nice for a group to sit and chat and play games.

This place was perfect for us. Centrally located to golf, hiking, restaurants, airport and grocery stores. The pool, spa, putting green and fire pit were awesome. Beds & bedding were very comfortable. We even had a grapefruit tree in the front yard! We will definitely look up this listing next time we are in Palm Springs.

The Poolside team was THE best vacation rental host we have come across. They reached out before we arrived to see if we needed anything, they responded like literally right away when we had a question or request and they were Super Kind! They even dropped off a variety of muffins for us during our stay and it was exactly what we needed. We have never had anyone drop off a sweet treat before and it was so cool! The Team at Poolside is exceptional. ALWAYS responded to questions within just a couple of minutes and addressed each one with a high level of professionalism and always with quick resolution. The home is perfect, beautifully decorated, all of the home utensils and supplies needed to make you feel right at home. The location is great. 5 minutes from downtown and tons of great restaurants and 7 minutes to the airport. Easy walk to coffee and a great bakery in the morning. The backyard is beautiful.

We have 3 little kids, so having the pool, hot tub, hammock and mini golf provided a great space for everyone to relax and play at the same time. The kitchen setup was great for cooking most days and we biked around the neighborhood.

Beautiful home with great outdoor space and landscaping. Ideal for smaller kids. Plenty of room to run around. Mini-golf, table tennis, and corn hole all kept kids entertained. Pool is ideal for young kids learning to swim, small enough for them to paddle side-to-side and plenty of space less than 3 1/2 feet for them to wade and play. Interior nice and cozy, not cluttered. Overall a great house to rent, especially for families with kids.

The Poolside team was incredible.This was, hands down, the best vacation rental I've ever stayed in. The photos don't do it justice. The memories my friends and I made here will last a lifetime. The location was perfect, and the house was stunning and so fun to stay at. The only thing I'm bummed about is that we had to leave.

The team at Poolside was extremely quick in responding to anything we needed. This home was just as pictured. Proximity to downtown was great and was an easy bike ride. We loved having use of the bicycles and the pool/hot tub situation was perfect that midday heat. Yard was spacious. Decor was nice and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed for cooking and was large enough that we weren't in each other's way. We arrived to a sizable basket of snacks and were surprised on our second day with treat! So kind.
