Located just minutes from downtown, this stylish escape offers the perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and classic Palm Springs charm.

From the moment you arrive, the dramatic backdrop of Mt. San Jacinto sets the tone for your stay. Spend your days floating in the private saltwater pool, grilling lunch on the BBQ, or stretching out on a cushioned lounger as the sun warms the desert landscape. When the sky begins to glow and the mountains turn deep shades of purple, gather around the fire pit with your favorite drink and settle into the magic of the evening. For ultimate relaxation, heat up the above‑ground hot tub and let the jets melt away the day.

Completely walled and gated, this home feels like your own mini resort - private, peaceful, and designed for effortless indoor‑outdoor living. Multiple seating areas offer both sun and shade, giving everyone space to unwind. Inside, the living room invites cozy gatherings with board games, a large smart TV, and cool, refreshing air conditioning. Light walls and LVP flooring keep the space bright and breezy, while colorful artwork adds playful Palm Springs personality throughout.

The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from a French‑door refrigerator and microwave to all the large and small appliances required for anything from poolside snacks to a gourmet dinner. Whether you’re cooking for a crowd or keeping it simple, this kitchen makes it easy.

All three bedrooms are designed for restful nights after long days in the sun. The primary suite features a king‑size bed, smart TV, recessed lighting, and an en‑suite bathroom. The first guest bedroom also offers a king bed, smart TV, and armoire, sharing a hallway bathroom with the second guest bedroom. The third bedroom includes a queen‑size bed, ceiling fan, recessed lighting, and a smart TV - perfect for guests who appreciate a cozy, stylish retreat.

Throughout the home, thoughtful touches and mid‑century modern accents create a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels distinctly Palm Springs. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, hosting a sunset gathering, or simply enjoying the quiet beauty of the desert, The Delgado Retreat offers the perfect setting for unforgettable memories.

Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor:

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. We care for our homes, and our guests with a dedication to great hospitality. Locally owned & operated. We look forward to the opportunity to host you.

The City requires a few quick steps for all vacation rentals. After booking, we’ll send you the required rental documents to complete within 24 hours, and a quick face-to-face video check-in is also required before your stay. Please review your agreement carefully for important local regulations. We want you to enjoy your stay with no surprises, and we’re here to help every step of the way.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly or $395 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

Are you in need of a crib? Please let us know. We do have pack-n-play rentals available and are happy to set one up for your stay. ($49 for your entire visit)  

Your total reservation price includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, booking fee, guest service fee, and applicable local taxes. These guest-facing fees support professional cleaning, a safe and secure booking experience, and additional guest amenities and services designed to create a seamless vacation experience, including welcome snacks and bottled water upon arrival.
