With its clean white walls, beamed wooden ceilings and brand new tile flooring, this open-concept house is the design lover’s ideal Palm Springs getaway. Relax on the sofas in the living area, with a 53-inch TV and gas fireplace for chilly desert nights.
Prepare your meals in a fully equipped newly updated galley kitchen, a signature layout of a classic Meiselman home, complete with quartz countertops, gas range, stainless steel appliances, and lots of elegantly designed clean white cabinet space. Enjoy them in the modern dining area with seating for 8.
This house has four spacious bedrooms, ideal for larger families, reunions, retreats, and groups of friends. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, 40” wall-mounted TV, bathroom, large closet, and a private outdoor seating area. You’ll find equally comfy king-size beds, modern décor, ceiling fans and wall-mounted TVs in the second and third bedrooms in the main house.
Steps away from the main house is the fourth bedroom, known as “the Casita,” which features its own private entrance and lots of space: great for the in-laws, extra guests or kids. You will find two queen-size beds, a wall-mounted TV, full bath, sliding door leading to the pool and washer/dryer here
As for outdoor space, this 10,000 sq. ft. lot is filled with outdoor living space to socialize and relax. Lounge by the sparkling, newly renovated private pool and spa, rinse off in the outdoor shower, cozy up around the outdoor fire pit, pick limes from the trees, or play some lawn games in the yard, all while overlooking impeccable views of the San Jacinto Mountains. There’s also ample space for outdoor dining here: the outdoor dining area, situated next to the gas BBQ, accommodates up to 8-10 people. This is a dog and kid friendly house that is completely gated for extra privacy and safety. Convenient parking available in the driveway in front of the house.
The house is located in the highly desirable Racquet Club Estates neighborhood in the North end of Palm Springs, known as the Uptown Design District. Walk just two blocks and you're on Palm Canyon Drive filled with restaurants, shops and entertainment. It’s also a short drive to the airport, the Aerial Tramway, hiking trails, golf resorts, casinos and other desert cities, for those looking to venture out.

In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

They were clear on expectations and also reached out during our stay to check if we needed anything (and also dropped off some sweet treats for us during our stay - so thoughtful!) I would highly recommend this team!

What an amazing experience! This property is beautiful and is in a peaceful neighborhood, so it was very relaxing. The pictures do not do this property justice, it is gorgeous. The pool, hot tub and grill were awesome and the beds and the indoor (and outdoor) furniture were super comfortable. I would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful retro styled house with all the conveniences of home. Quiet, clean, comfortable beds with well stocked kitchen. Really cool place to hang out with pool, spa and outdoor area. Grocery store nearby. Half hour from Indian Wells Tennis Garden which made it suitable for staying if going to the BNP Paribas pro tournament. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for our girls weekend. So spacious and the beds were so comfy. The casita was amazing for our group. The backyard is a Palm Springs Oasis. Great location near all the restaurants and bars and easy to find. Book this place for your next family vacation or girls weekend you wont regret it.
