This very private, completely walled, and gated property will make you feel like you’re staying at your own mini resort. It’s all here for you to enjoy at The Delgado Retreat; including the oversized pool that’s surrounded by spectacular mountain views.
There's plenty of outdoor seating, both poolside and in the shade. Inside the home, your guests can enjoy board games in the living room while the large screen smart television will entertain others. The central air conditioning, light walls, and all LVP flooring ensures that the desert heat stays outside.
The full kitchen features a French door refrigerator, microwave, and all the additional large & small appliances needed to create snacks to a gourmet feast.
All three bedrooms are comfortably outfitted for a restful night’s sleep after playing out in the sun all day. The primary bedroom showcases a King size bed, smart tv, can lights, and an ensuite bathroom. The first guest bedroom features a King size bed, smart tv, an armoire, and shares access to the hallway bathroom with the second guest bedroom. Your second guest bedroom showcases a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, can lights, and a smart television.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly or $395 weekly. Pool heat is recommended October thru May. Additionally, you will have access to heat the above ground hot tub to 102 degrees at no additional cost.

I cannot recommend Poolside Vacation Rentals enough! They were incredible. They provided a snack box and cold bottled waters at check-in, were super quick in responding to my inquiries and even dropped cookies and brownie bites off one day for us to enjoy. Their house manual is perfection (as a type-A planner I loved this!), and my best girlfriends and I had a wonderful 4 days in the desert thanks to Poolside Vacation Rentals.

12/10! Absolutely stay here! The house and surrounding neighborhood are stunning with gorgeous mountain views, the house is beautifully decorated and well appointed, everything was as described or better, fabulous pool and spa, room to spread out everywhere in the back yard (day bed, sun/pool chairs, seating everywhere. Dont hesitate to book this listing! We will absolutely be back to this gem of a vacation rental in Palm Springs!

The Poolside team were super proactive and communicative throughout the trip. They seemed genuinely invested in making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. There was a big wind storm the day before we arrived, and they had a pool cleaner out that next morning to get it in perfect shape for our stay.

The house was amazing and we had a great stay! The house is in great condition, and the outdoor space was huge with over the top amenities there were at least 5 different zones/places to comfortably lounge, eat, and relax. All the beds were super comfortable, and there were smart TVs in every room. And last but not least, the landscaping and views of the mountains were perfect. It felt like having a resort all to ourselves.

This house is fabulous. I was there for a girls weekend with 2 of my girlfriends and it was perfect for us. The house is very comfortable with plenty of towels provided, soap, coffee, etc. The backyard is beautiful with many nice sitting areas and a nice hot tub. All the restaurants and bars are a 5 min drive from the house. We had no issues getting an Uber to go out. It was very clean and tidy with a basket of snacks provided. The neighborhood is relaxing and quiet. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The beds were very comfortable. It would be great for a family of 4-5 or also a couples weekend with 3 couples.
