This vacation rental home is the perfect escape to stay in and relax by your private pool that showcases the magnificent mountains, or enjoy the many amenities this community offers, or go out and enjoy Palm Springs and the other desert resort cities.
This vacation rental provides comfort and luxury at every corner. The sunlit living room is the perfect place to entertain or unwind with family and friends and watch your favorite shows, sporting events, and movies on the smart TV.
The expansive kitchen, offers a large island that seats four, stainless steel appliances, and lots of cabinet storage. An adjacent dining table provides seating for your entire group to enjoy meals or board games at night.
The Primary bedroom showcases a King size bed, smart TV, an en-suite spa like bathroom, a large closet, and a glass sliding door that leads out to the pool & spa area.
The first guest bedroom features two twin size beds, closet space, clean lines, dazzling wallpaper, and shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with the second guest bedroom.
In the second guest bedroom will welcome you with a Queen size bed, large glass windows that allow the beautiful sunshine to pour in, closet space, and a smart tv for your enjoyment.
Enjoy the Palm Springs sunshine by lounging beside your private pool or fire up the gas grill for some alfresco dining. As the sun dips below the magnificent mountain backdrop grab a glass of wine and spark up the firepit and enjoy the desert serenity.
As part of the Miralon community, you'll enjoy access to miles of walking and biking trails, a large lap pool, a resort style area with a family pool and hot tub, bocce ball courts, and a state-of-the-art workout facility.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. Our homeowners have made this home available for others to enjoy with their responsible group that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city’s and house rules. The City of Palm Springs prohibits music and loud noise. It strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed outdoors at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 10:00 am, and guests are asked to be inside during those hours and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.
Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. We care for our homes and our guests with a dedication to great hospitality. We are locally owned and operated and look forward to the opportunity to host you.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $59 nightly or $295 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

Simply the best. This is a wonderful property and if you get the chance to book, do it! From the moment we got behind the gates the entire community felt very exclusive and luxurious. The house looked exactly as the photos, but felt even better. It was spotless and smelled fresh and clean. The sheets, towels, outdoor grill all super clean and well prepared for us. I also really appreciated the attention to detail with the cute decor and everything available: pool towels, hairdryers, cooler, detergent, iron, bottles of cold water, snacks, basic seasonings and essentials like coffee, tea, and sugar. We didnt have to do anything but kick our feet up on day one! The pool was top notch with a weekly cleaning crew and pool toys! And best of all, theres a community center with gym! We also received brownies midway thru our stay! I must reiterate again how clean everything was - and Im very obsessive about cleanliness and smells. Again, fantastic property and wed love to stay again!

The rental at Juicy Fruit through Poolside Vacation Rentals exceeded our expectations from the moment we stepped into the home. It was secure, spacious, spotless and comfortable. Linens, pillows, blankets and towels were fresh. The basket of treats and water bottles were much appreciated! The kitchen appliances were top notch and preparing meals was a breeze. Waking up in the morning with a cup of coffee to the unobstructed view of the mountains, palm trees and private pool was priceless. The gym was beautiful and well-equipped. We will definitely be back! This was by far the best vacation home from start to end our family has ever had the pleasure of staying at.

We had a couple of questions throughout the stay and team Poolside answered promptly and helped resolve any issue. They welcomed us with snacks and stopped over with some treats.

The pictures are exactly what you get except the view from outside is way better. Everything was very clean and didn't feel too lived in. I did not have one complaint. The house had everything we needed and more. This was a great place to stay for a week as we were in between buying houses. Don't sleep on the community amenities. The gym, additional pools and walking trails are amazing in the shared community. There is construction of new homes but far enough away and only during the weekdays. Was grateful they left a garage remote as some places won't. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed here for a week and this by far has been my best vacation rental experience! Juicy Fruit met everything we wanted and more. Privacy, quiet neighborhood, spectacular view, closeness to the downtown PS- the photos dont do it justice.
