The spacious, private backyard is designed for relaxation and entertaining, with a covered patio, outdoor dining for eight, comfortable sun loungers, a barbecue grill, and outdoor games. Whether you’re enjoying morning coffee by the pool or evening cocktails around the firepit, there’s plenty of room for family and friends to relax and reconnect.
Inside, bright, inviting spaces blend colorful Palm Springs style with all the comforts of home. The open-concept living room features playful decor, abundant natural light, a cozy gas fireplace, smart TV, and even an electric piano. The fully equipped kitchen, with its distinctive deep blue cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, makes everything from morning coffee to home-cooked meals a breeze, while the adjacent dining area seats six.
Three welcoming bedrooms accommodate up to six guests. The primary suite features a king bed, smart TV, dedicated workspace, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third has two twin beds, a smart TV, and a desk. An additional full bathroom provides convenience for everyone.

Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor:
This vacation rental is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. Our homeowners have made this home available for others to enjoy with their responsible group that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city’s and house rules. The City of Palm Springs prohibits music and loud noise. It strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed outdoors at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 10:00 am, and guests are asked to be inside during those hours and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.
Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. We care for our homes and our guests with a dedication to great hospitality. We are locally owned and operated and look forward to the opportunity to host you.
The City requires a few quick steps for all vacation rentals. After booking, we’ll send you the required rental documents to complete within 24 hours, and a quick face-to-face video check-in is also required before your stay. Please review your agreement carefully for important local regulations. We want you to enjoy your stay with no surprises, and we’re here to help every step of the way.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September).
Your total reservation price includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, booking fee, guest service fee, and applicable local taxes. These guest-facing fees support professional cleaning, a safe and secure booking experience, and additional guest amenities and services designed to create a seamless vacation experience, including welcome snacks and bottled water upon arrival.
