We just spent 3 glorious days relaxing at this wonderful house and cant say enough good things about our experience! The property was extremely clean, quiet and very well equipped. I can thoroughly recommend a stay at this house. We were very happy here!

The guidance from the Poolside team for the house was helpful, educational and didn't "preach" to me about what we could / could not do. Everything was done to enable a great stay including instant communication and proactive check-ins. The check-in instructions were CLEAR and accurate.

This was by far the nicest vacation rentals we've ever stayed in. The entire home was SPOTLESS from the bathrooms to the kitchen to the towels and linens. The home was EXACTLY as described, everything smelled pleasant, the outdoor area was clean, tidy and ready for guests. The details were awesome -- TVs logged into Netflix in every bedroom, some bottles of water waiting in the fridge, a snack tray my kids loved. The front driveway was excellently maintained and a great place to workout in the morning. As you can tell, this was a great stay and I highly recommend this home for a family stay in Palm Springs!

The Poolside team was communicative and accommodating.

We had a lovely four night stay. We had four adults and a young child, and we were very comfortable. All three beds were extremely comfortable, the linens were cozy and there were plenty of pool towels provided. The entire house was very clean. We spent most our time out back relaxing in the lovely pool and hot tub. We were so happy to be in a quiet restful spot, with a view of the beautiful mountains. We hope to stay here again in the future.

The place was an amazing way to experience palm springs. Beautifully decorated and impeccably clean with a fully stocked kitchen for everything you need to prepare fun meals with friends. We had the best time and would definitely stay here again.

This place is as beautiful in reality as the photos. Lovely updated house with new bathrooms and fabulous kitchen. Pool area has all the bells and whistles. We really enjoyed the hot tub and lounging outside. Great location- 20-30 minute walk to downtown and easy access to hiking trails down the road. Overall a five star experience!

This place was incredible. We had a group of 5 for a wedding in the area and we all agreed it was one of the nicest vacation rentals any of us had ever stayed in. Everything was pristine, new and well-decorated. It was even better than the photos! The house had so many amenities: TVs with Rokus in every room, a plethora of towels and pillows for every guest, bidet toilets (with heated seats!) in both bathrooms, Brita water filter, stocked kitchen with any tool you could ever need, & workout mats. The wine and muffins on arrival were a nice touch. The weather was cold and rainy when we arrived so we didnt get to enjoy the backyard as much as we had hoped but it was also a beautiful space. We would 100% come back and stay again!

Loved our girls trip out to Palm Springs/Joshua tree for 4 nights. The home was beautiful and was in a wonderful location, close to downtown Palm Springs. The gate out front allowed for tons of privacy. The uplighting on the property made it lovely to hang out in the evenings. So many details on the property from a fully stocked kitchen, great appliances to cook meals, robes in every bedroom, hooks everywhere which I love for hanging things, plenty of indoor lighting, great indoor and outdoor dining spaces, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, fully tech ready from Roku tv to bidets in the bathrooms. No hesitations on this property, do it asap!!

The team at Poolside Vacation rentals were great hosts - extremely responsive, and able to accommodate an early check-in.

The house was beautiful, as expected from the listing. We loved the decor, and enjoyed using the hot tub and outdoor area. We opted out of pool heat, given the cool January temperatures, but could have likely enjoyed a few hours in the afternoon sun each day. The kitchen was well stocked, and they even left a few snacks and goodies for us. It was about a 30 minute walk to the downtown area, but there are a few great places in closer proximity, including Bar Cecil and Kings Highway. We would absolutely recommend this rental!

Poolside was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Check in was super easy and they even checked on us a few times during our stay. They had a bottle of wine as a welcome gift and also dropped off some sweets for us.

We had so much fun! It was great to have so many amenities at the house: floaties for the pool, plenty of towels, and much more. We enjoyed the snacks provided too! Awesome Palm Springs House. Weve always been intrigued by Palm Springs and have wanted to visit for years. We finally came over Thanksgiving this year and had the best time in this amazing house. It definitely has that quintessential mid century modern feel we were looking for. The house is SO cute! The retro decor is on pointe along with all the modern amenities youd need. We had 6 people (2 adults & 4 kids) and it worked out great. The location is fantastic, about a mile south of the downtown area with all the shopping & restaurants. The street and neighborhood are very quiet. We loved the outdoor area and spent a lot of time in the pool, hot tub and around the fire pit. We did pay extra to heat the pool. It was around 75-80 degrees while we were there so not sure it was necessary but the kids loved it for night swimming (gets chilly at night). We ate most of our meals at home and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, even down to chip clips! The beds & pillows were very comfortable. Was nice to have the washer/dryer to do laundry and also nice that they provided detergent & dryer sheets. Have to mention the amazing toilets with heated seats & bidets :) We appreciated the bottle of wine & snacks upon arrival. We ran out of dishwasher detergent and they brought us more on Thanksgiving!! (Which we told them it could wait a day but they were there on a holiday anyway, thank you!) We were so sad to leave this house, we hope to return again soon!

AMAZING HOUSE!! I celebrated my birthday with a few friends with a weekend getaway to Palm Springs. This was my first time renting a house and we were all were pleasantly surprised the house and pool was exactly how it's pictured on the website. The dcor, furniture, bedrooms, bathrooms and appliances were top notch. The beds were comfy and loved the extra amenities provided in the bathroom and robes in the closet. We loved the large pool and spa, it was perfect for a group of six. The location was perfect with mountain views and Downtown was only a mile away. I will definitely be making this a yearly stay at the Sun and Fun property! Thank you for making our stay so special!

This house has everything you could possibly need! We made dinners/breakfast at home and the kitchen really had everything you could need. The pool was incredible, and they even provided numerous pool floats with an air pump! I would 10000% stay here again!!!!

This house was AMAZING! Every detail was thought out perfectly. The house itself is absolutely beautiful! Such attention to detail has been given to each room in the house and the interior design is on point! The beds, pillows, and sheets were super comfy, and the house even came with a bunch of pool floaties! I cant wait to book this house again for another Palm Springs trip in the future!

This place is fantastic, five stars all the way! We were a few minutes away from the downtown scene and the casino. The house was gorgeous, and the kitchen had all the cooking utensils you could think of. We spent most of the time in the pool, it was huge and the house had tons of floaties and sun hats ( I love the flamingo). Everything in the house had high end upgrades like a massive fridge, Viking stove, soft closing cabinets and bidets. The decor is amazing, looks like it was professionally done. We had a blast and I highly recommend!!!

This place is incredible! So many thoughtful, complementary offerings and amenities throughout. True oasis, stunning mountain views and amble opportunities to soak in the desert sun and relax by the pool. Home is stocked with anything you might need for your vacation. One of the best stocked Airbnbs we have stayed in. Perfect for preparing your own meals. Convenient location to popular restaurants and shops in Palm Springs area, and walkable to some neighborhood gems. City is also very drivable with amble free parking, which made having a rental car a breeze. Highly recommend this place. Fun vibe, MCM and loved all the decor that paid tribute to local artists. Book it, you won't regret it!!

Can't say enough good things about this listing -- it was an absolutely wonderful place to stay! The house is beautifully appointed with midcentury flair, and is also sparkling clean. Lovely mountain views from the backyard. Quiet neighborhood with close proximity to restaurants and downtown Palm Springs. Would stay again and recommend to friends/family.
