The fully gated property opens with a welcoming side courtyard that leads into the great room featuring a couch and two conversational chairs. Around the corner the house opens into the living room, dining, and kitchen area. The huge living room couch should provide you with plenty of room for your entire group. It sits directly in front of the electric fireplace and large smart television for enjoyment. Off to the side and facing back out onto the side courtyard you’ll find a two-player bar top style arcade game that’ll bring hours of entertainment value to you and your guests.
A well-stocked and generous sized kitchen with island seating provides a great area for breakfast, or a little laptop work area. The kitchen provides loads of counter space and cabinetry. Start your meal prep here with ease then choose your dining destination: ample indoor dining, conversation dining out on the front courtyard, or al fresco dining under lights just off the kitchen overlooking the spectacular pool and mountain views.
The large pool and circular spa are surrounded by gorgeous landscaping that provides you and your guests with ultimate privacy. You’ll also cherish those mountain views from multiple seating areas while you’re casually lounging in that Southern California sunshine.
The BBQ is conveniently located outside near the outdoor dining table for those sunset dinners. This re-imagined yard is beautiful and also provides a generous artificial grass area just off the pool. This is an area where you can enjoy some outdoor yard games, or sunbath on top of a towel.
This Palm Springs vacation rental delivers 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, and separation for privacy with one guest bedroom right off the entry with its own en-suite bathroom. The two additional guest suites share the hallway bathroom, while the Primary bedroom is on the opposite side of the house. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly or $395 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

Beyond the house, The team at Poolside was far and away the best property management team I've experienced. I booked last minute, and they responded instantly, checked in frequently to see if we needed anything, and really enhanced the stay.

The house is perfection - could easily fit 8 guest comfortably. All bathrooms were quite small, but clean, functional, all you'd need. The real appeal is the absolutely incredible back yard. The pool and hot tub (an actual HOT tub - not spa) were perfect, but the photos can't do the landscaping justice. The lighting and ambiance at night was incredible. Will return on our next PS stay.

Some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and no, we didnt need to contact them for any issues. However any questions I had prior to the trip were answered almost immediately. They even went above and beyond to drop off some treats for the family at the front gate during our stay! What a GEM! We take family vacations often to Palm Springs but never had such a great time as this one. This is a gem of a house! Super clean, a dream of a kitchen and a beautifully private backyard and large pool whose deepest part is 5 which makes it so nice to just hang out! I recommend this place for everyone and anyone looking for a wonderful hassle free getaway, a beautiful home and the friendliest owners/property staff EVER!!!! Were going back to this place from now on!

Amazing amazing amazing!! This property is gorgeous!! We had an amazing 10 day family vacation here. The pictures are very accurate. Everything was top notch and very clean!! The beds were so comfy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. The pool/spa perfect! I had a great time playing the arcade game with my grandsons. We would recommend this property 100%!! We will be back!!

Ditto the previous review! The home was so comfortable and beautifully furnished. With the five of us we had space to enjoy one another or find spots to relax by oneself. The highlight was the pool! The kitchen provided so many appliances to meet our needs. The location is minutes from downtown and is in a safe neighborhood. May very well rebook sometime next year.
