Located in the Vista Norte neighborhood of Palm Springs, this home has been completely remodeled and updated for the way we live today. The open concept floor plan provides enough space for your entire group of guests to spread out and enjoy. It has all the appointments you would expect from a luxury home including new kitchen and spa-like bathrooms, gorgeous gas fireplace, high-speed internet, comfortable sleeping quarters and walls of glass that blur the lines between indoor & outdoor living in true Palm Springs style.
Your backyard pool paradise is completely walled for privacy, the lovely setting features an optional heated inground pool, lounge chairs and occasional seating, firepit lounge, al fresco dining, and a BBQ grill. The best part is the truly spectacular mountain views. It has all the amenities you want on vacation - it’s the perfect place for living the Palm Springs life!
Each of the three dedicated bedrooms feature a hotel-quality mattress and ample storage. The Primary Suite showcases a King bed and en suite bath with direct access to the pool. There’re two additional dedicated Guest Suites (King and Queen) that share easy access to the hall bath. The fourth sleeping area has a two Twin beds which can accommodate two additional guests if needed – perfect for those little ones.
Located on a quiet residential street in the Vista Norte Neighborhood – which makes for a quick drive or Uber to Downtown where you’ll enjoy fine restaurants, shops, boutiques, galleries, a casino, convention center, cabarets and all the fun of Palm Canyon Drive! Grocery stores, casual restaurants, coffee places and other neighborhood conveniences are all very close by.
Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor:
This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: The pool and spa is heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool and spa so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. (Recommended October thru April)
