All bedrooms offer comfortable mattresses and bedding for your comfort. The living area offers a large smart TV, with Spectrum App for cable viewing. Off the kitchen you'll find that to be the spot to entertain friends and family. This area features a pool table, foosball table, and a shuffleboard game. This area also supports a smart television with the Spectrum App, making it the ideal place to hang out during the big game while challenging someone to a tabletop game of your choice.
There's a large dinging table for 8, and additional seating around the kitchen island. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen is located off the game room to quickly refresh on snacks and drinks while enjoying the games.
The backyard offers all you need to enjoy a full day in the sun, enjoy a drink around the pool or just relax in the loungers inside the pool’s tanning shelf. There's also a built-in BBQ island, with seating around for 4. You can also choose to dine outside underneath the patio cover or entertain across from the large boulder fountain while enjoying the yard view from a comfortable seating arrangement. There's so much space at this property that everyone will feel like they have their own area to enjoy - while supporting the open concept for when you want to come together.
The first guest bedroom features a King size bed, television, dresser, ceiling fan, and a large closet. The second guest bedroom features the same amenities but provides two full size beds. The final guest bedroom showcases a bunk bed with two full size mattresses, television, dresser, closet, and a desk for working.
This property is situated inside a beautiful development called Terra Lago, which provides multiple lakes, miles of walking paths, and is within a few minutes of a large casino called Fantasy Springs, which has an event center, large family friendly bowling alley, and great restaurants. You'll also be close to the freeway for accessing all the additional attractions that make our desert so special and fun to explore.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

The home is just as the pictures show. A great place to relax and spend quality time with family. The kids loved the foosball and the pool table, and the adults spent almost all the time in the pool/spa area. We will definitely use this location and space again. The place is truly a rare find.

Stayed here for Coachella W2 '23 and it was perfect. Very close to the festival grounds and a quick 5 min drive/Uber to a shuttle stop. House is large, well decorated/welcoming and the backyard & pool were just what we wanted. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was beautiful and clean. It is hard to find a really nice place that allows the dogs we always travel with so that was a huge plus. The master bedroom is huge and beautiful. The pool and outdoor grilling space was so much fun. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. Highly recommend this place.

We wanted to get away to relax by the pool and The Pool Paradise did not disappoint. The house is huge, very clean, and had everything we needed. The outside area is very nice, the hot tub warms up fast and we enjoyed the grill and outside dining area. Would highly recommend this rental!

This place is big! We had seven adults and 1 dog and still could not fill all the spaces. The primary room is huge and comfortable. The pool table, foosball, and shuffleboard were great additions to our fun. The pool and spa heat worked perfectly. The backyard has plenty of space to hangout and we enjoyed the fire pit very much. There is a two car garage available for parking, and plenty of room in the driveway for three additional cars. The kitchen was fully stocked and we used it everyday. The BBQ is premium quality with hot burners. Overall, everyone in our group enjoyed themselves and were very impressed with the place. Would definitely stay again.
