You’ll enter into the bright living room featuring a modern gas fireplace, large smart TV where you can enjoy all of your account based streaming services. Enjoy the many books/games for fun, leisure time with friends and family. Delight in the open floor plan with the living room flowing seamlessly toward the dining area off the kitchen.
The dining area comfortably seats up to 6 and offers large French doors with a wonderful view of the backyard and the iconic mountain backdrop. Lots of seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining with the expansive shade patio cover along the back side; the large patio cover and mature tree coverage will keep you and your guests comfortable, and the twinkle lights create lovely evening ambiance.
The cook's kitchen has expansive counters, a dual oven gas range with 5 burners and a stainless-steel side-by-side refrigerator that provides quick access to snacks and waters. Well-stocked with dishes, glasses, and appliances, you’ll enjoy entertaining the full group! There are plenty of everyday dishes and even outdoor dinnerware for poolside entertaining...The Palm Palace is margarita ready!
The sleeping quarters offer great separation of bedrooms for privacy with a sumptuous primary suite usually enjoyed in high-end homes. The primary suite is on the opposite side of the home and includes an en-suite bathroom, decorative accented wall, King size bed, and French doors leading out to the backyard offer easy (and romantic) access to the pool and spa. The glamorous size, decor, and privacy setting of this room makes it a great retreat.
The two guest rooms are located toward the front of the house and both share a hallway bath that features a shower/tub combo. Guest room 1 offers a Queen-sized bed and comfortable accents. Guest room 2 offers a Queen bed and comfortable furnishings.
All bedrooms have wood plank LVP tile floors with stylish large rugs, fast Wi-Fi, and handpicked accents. The home offers a unique Golden Girls Vibe, - once car garage, and entertainment value that you're sure to enjoy.
Outside, the living is easy with a huge, covered patio with outdoor dining for up to 6 guests and a separate, comfy, seating area in front of the fireplace. Multiple tanning and lounging areas around the pool with easy to open umbrellas that allow you to soak up as much sun or enjoy as much shade as you want including, movable loungers for working on a delicious afternoon tan.
The pool area will allow you to enjoy multiple views of the mountains. Splash around with a nice selection of pool noodles and floats. At night, enjoy gathering around the gas fireplace that sits beside the extra-long patio cover, swim in the LED-lit pool or de-stress in the large built-in spa while taking in the stunning night sky and desert stars. In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly or $395 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September) No jets in the spa
