This single story vacation rental home is the perfect escape to stay in and relax by your private pool that showcases the magnificent mountains, or enjoy the many amenities this community offers, or go out and enjoy Palm Springs and the other desert resort cities.

The expansive kitchen offers a large island that seats four which is surrounded by upgraded cabinets that wrap around the whole kitchen and dining area. Inside this chef’s kitchen you'll be pampered with a Bertazzoni Built-in Refrigerator, Bertazzoni White 30” Range, and a Bertazzoni Microwave. Additional kitchen amenities inside this luxuries vacation rental include, a Bosch dishwasher and a wine refrigerator. Adjacent to the kitchen you'll enjoy the dining table that comfortably seats eight for meals or board game nights.
The Primary bedroom showcases a Casper Cal King size bed, smart 55" TV, ceiling fan, an en-suite spa like bathroom, a large closet, and a glass sliding door that leads out to the magnificent views of the olive orchard.
The first guest bedroom features a Casper Queen size bed, smart 42" TV, ceiling fan, closet space, clean lines, dazzling wallpaper, and enjoys it's own en-suite bathroom.
In the second guest bedroom will welcome you with a Casper Queen size bed, smart 42" TV, ceiling fan, large glass windows that allow the beautiful sunshine to pour in, closet space, and its own private en-suite bathroom.

Our homeowners have made this home available for others to enjoy with their responsible group that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city’s and house rules. The City of Palm Springs prohibits music and loud noise. It strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed outdoors at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 10:00 am, and guests are asked to be inside during those hours and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.
Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. We care for our homes and our guests with a dedication to great hospitality. We are locally owned and operated and look forward to the opportunity to host you.

We had a great stay and appreciated the Miralon amenities - walking trails, pool, dog parks, garage, etc. The home was well equipped, clean, and beautifully furnished. The best part was that Poolside Vacation Rentals was SUPER responsive. We had a few questions after hours (past 9pm) and they responded within minutes! We would absolutely stay again.

The house is beautifully appointed and had all we needed for grilling and kitchen cooking. The three bedrooms are set up with onsuite bathrooms which is lovely and all linens were very fresh and clean. We didn't pay to have the little pool heated but instead went to Miracle Springs Hotel & Spa to take advantage of the mineral water pools.

The house, outdoor spaces, amenities & spectacular views are an absolute dream. We enjoyed every moment of our time there & cant wait to go back.
We loved everything about the home which was spacious but cozy & equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful furnishings, a jaw dropping kitchen, super comfy beds & a spectacular master suiteI could go on & on.

Beautiful and comfortable modern house in gated Miralon community with lovely easy walking trails and nicely maintained dog parks. Friendly environment. Too chilly to enjoy the private pool on this trip. Miralon is in nearby airport flight path so airplane takeoffs and landings noise took some getting used to but we would definitely stay here again.

My family and I have visited Palm Springs for over 30 years, and this was by far our favorite rental property. Clean, gorgeously appointed, perfectly functioning utilities, scenic views, and excellent privacy & quiet. The terrace and pool in the front entry area were the perfect places to relax, splash around, and take in the desert sun. We can't wait to rebook again!
