These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

Such a wonderful stay at this house! Everything you need to feel like you are at home is here! Beds are super comfortable, rooms are spacious and just love the big great room with areas to sit and chat, watch TV, dine etc. Kitchen has newer appliances which are superb! This was our second time staying at La Quinta Golf and Mountain Views and we had another wonderful week-long trip with our family. The house is a great property, located close to restaurants and shops and very much centered around outdoor living. We spent the majority of the week in the pool and reading / relaxing / dining on the patio. The golf course and the view are beautiful. Such a great place to stay if youre in the desert. We will certainly be back.

Fantastic vacation rental! Would definitely return. This home is comfortable, spacious, quiet and private. The outdoor space was fantastic with pool, hot tub, fire pit, comfortable seating and the views are outstanding. Make sure to wake up early to catch the sunrise on the mountains! The photos are exact. The hot tub is large and we paid for pool heat. It felt great after a round of golf! Supplies were adequate and the kitchen has everything you could need. There is a cabinet full of games, comfortable desk space if you have to work and helpful labels on the light switches. We definitely felt at home and enjoyed coming back to the house to relax after our golfing and explorations of the area. The location was perfect!

Perfect Getaway for New Years! This was a great location for out family to go on vacation and celebrate the new year together. The house was a good size and layout in a quiet and secure neighborhood. The new spa was wonderful and the kids were able to swim in the pool nearly every day. It was peaceful to sit out back and watch the golfers play the par 3. The house was stocked with everything we needed and wed definitely stay here again.

The home was beautiful! There was plenty of room for our group which included 4 adults and a baby. It was well stocked, and we had everything we could possibly need! The patio was lovely with so much seating and a great view of the golfers, the pond and the mountains. It was shaded most of the day so we were able to sit out almost the entire day and the temps were in the high 80's and low 90's. We had the pool heated and it was the perfect temperature! The home was so close to Old Town with all the restaurants it was easy to go out for meals! We loved our stay and plan to return!

Fantastic stay! Better than the pics! The decor, brightness and overall feel of the home far exceed a typical rental/vacation home. Bonus: we didnt realize there was a hot tub until we arrived. The kitchen is stocked with everything youll need as far as pots, pans, 2 coffee makers, toaster, indoor/outdoor dinnerware and glassware and usual appliances. The poolside bbq is primo. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Towels and pool floats were aplenty. The pool, the golf, the Mountain View all added to our wonderful mini-holiday.
