Behind the distinctive blue gate is the ultimate vacation property. Midcentury modern inspired furnishings welcome you as you enter the threshold in the spacious dining area. Wood paneling accented wall defines the living room.
The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors allow for an indoor-outdoor living and view of the pool so you are not isolated from the outdoor action.
Watch TV from the kitchen while preparing meals in the open layout. The kitchen is well-appointed, and the large quartz countertop is a perfect spot to gather around, prep and serve those delicious meals.
Wallpaper accents lend a unique character to each bedroom. Striking geometric tiling in bathrooms compliment the bedrooms. The primary ensuite features a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads and mood lighting.
Easy access from the kitchen to the large built-in grill outside. Delight in in the pool fountains and waterfall cascading while cooking up burgers and steaks. Enjoy dining al fresco by the poolside in the outdoor dining table with umbrella.
Lounge by the pool or sip wine and relax in the shade under the large pergola while gazing at the view of the mountains and palm trees.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.
Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. We care for our homes, and our guests with a dedication to great hospitality. Locally owned & operated. We look forward to the opportunity to host you.

What a beautiful property! Clean, modern, and lots of space for our group of friends. We enjoyed the pool, patio, and outside space, and there was also plenty of room inside for prepping food and sharing group dinners. Great vacation home for a group and the hosts were responsive.

Everything was better than the photos -- the views, the spaciousness, the outdoor areas, the clean and organized interiors. All were well-designed to make our vacation seamless and enjoyable. The location felt safe and near to downtown Palm Springs and the awesome hiking trails of Tahquitz Canyon. The interior decor was clean and very nice, but also sturdy enough for our 3 young kids. The pool was perfect, and the incredibly landscaped yard offered priceless view of the mountains and palm trees surrounding the property. We would 100% choose this home again, without hesitation. Special note: this is a phenomenal place for a family + nanny or grandparents. We loved the separate living quarters across the yard where our tagalong friend had her own space and autonomy. It was truly awesome.

Posh Modern was everything as advertised and a little bit more. The property is as pictured with lots of space and great amenities. We had an extended family with all ages and everyone loved the space. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked multiple meals and utilized the BBQ, poolside dinner table and the fire pit for smores. We all loved the pool, and the garage space with table tennis was a great touch. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and nice. The location is perfect for restaurants and as a hub for all that the valley has to offer. The kids didnt want to leave after a week of sun and fun. Overall, hard to beat.

This was our family get away for a week. There were 7 adults and a child, the property had bedrooms with accompanying bathrooms for every couple. Large open main living/kitchen/dinning area. Kitchen is very well equipped with all small appliances and tableware. The pool, hot tub, patio, and bbq areas were awesome. There were also pool accessories and games which were great to have. Downtown Palm Springs is a short walk away. Also very close to many trails and hikes. We had no issues whatsoever, it was extremely clean, beds and linens top rated and super comfortable. A wonderful time for all of us, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay in your amazing home.
