This very private, completely walled, and gated property will make you feel like you’re staying at your own mini resort. It’s all here for you to experience; including the refreshing pool with integrated spa that’s surrounded by gorgeous mature landscaping and mountain views.
There's plenty of outdoor seating, both poolside and in the shade. Inside the home, your guests can enjoy board games while still enjoying the backyard pool views through the large sliding glass doors. Central air conditioning, light walls, wood flooring with mixed in tile flooring ensures that the desert heat stays outside.
The full kitchen features a French door refrigerator, large & small appliances, expansive countertops, and plenty of cabinet storage space to put everything away.
Both bedrooms are comfortably outfitted and located on opposite side of the house to ensure one receives a restful night’s sleep after playing out in the sun all day. The primary bedroom showcases a King size bed, smart tv, can lights, and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom features a King size bed, smart tv, and it's own ensuite bathroom.
Off the living room there's a bonus room that features a twin size day bed, the perfect spot of a little one to enjoy some privacy. This room also includes it's own ensuite bathroom.

Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor:
This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.
Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. We care for our homes, and our guests with a dedication to great hospitality. Locally owned & operated. We look forward to the opportunity to host you.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $59 nightly or $295 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

What a great stay with a great company. Poolside Vacation Rentals, they were TOPNOTCH .Extremely responsive to all texts and concerns, of which there were very few. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The house was everything we hoped and thought it would be based on the description we read. Cute little courtyard welcomed us to the front of the house. Upon entering the house we were immediately in love with the mid-century decor and furniture with plenty of seating and a well appointed kitchen with pretty much everything we needed available to us. Dining area had a large table with plenty of seating and the two well designed bedrooms with each having their own bathroom was a real treat. Having a third bathroom in the 3rd room, which can be used as a bedroom, was a real treat.The pool and spa area were wonderful as was the dining, firepit and bbq area. We did a bbq our last night there and it worked perfectly. Utilized the pool everyday, afternoon and evening swims were a daily occurrence.
