Quite hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

We are so happy to have chosen this property. Poolside in Little Tuscany was the perfect house for two couples and 2 children. The home was immaculate as we entered with a welcome snack basket The open concept living, dining and kitchen were spacious and equipped with stylish and comfortable furniture. The same can be said for all three bedrooms. Additionally, the artwork throughout the home was ideal for the Palm Springs lifestyle. We loved the bathrooms, especially the large showers with perfect water pressure The outdoor space was amazing! The sun-shelf in the pool was a perfect place for the kids to play safely, as well as a very relaxing space with the built in umbrellas. We were very impressed with numerous pool toys and floats, including the electric pump. To operate the pool and spa (lights and heater) the home provides a high-tech tablet, easy to use. The shaded outdoor dining area was perfect for when we used the barbeque/bar. We will certainly book this home again!

Really great house! We LOVED the backyard (the layout, pool, spa, grassy area, orange tree, and table under the overhang for dining). Also, the pool & spa heat worked from start to finish which we are very grateful for!! The interior design is really well done and there isnt too much clutter which I really appreciate. The home was just about perfect. Great pool and hot tub, great living spaces, and close but just far enough from the downtown area. We loved having such a great view of the mountains and seeing sunrise and sunset while sitting in the hot tub was an awesome way to spend part of the days. We will come and stay here again, for sure.

Stylish Paradise. Thus very stylish, well maintained house has a gorgeous mountain view and incredible pool and large jacuzzi. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want including a full rack of spices and colorful dishes for outdoor dining. The beds are very comfortable and we loved the colorful quilts. 10/10! Home is beautifully decorated with the Palm Springs mid century modern decor. The home has all the amenities you could need. From kitchenware to board and card games. All 3 bedrooms, bathrooms,living room, dinning room and kitchen are all very large. The garage has AC to accommodate the ping pong table and arcade games. Gives the house a whole another space to spend your time in. The back yard was the main reason we chose this place for our stay. It has a beautiful pool and spa all controlled by a simple to use tablet. Pool is salt water so no chlorine stinging your eyes or the smell. Also has plenty of pool toys and floats. At night the backyard is lit with perfect accent lights all around and the pool lights really give you a resort feeling! The yard is huge with ample seating and shade. Has grass for the perfect spot for the included Bocci ball and Corn hole. Ended up staying another day because we loved the place so much. We will definitely be coming back to this place as our new Palm Springs spot.
