Not to mention, you’re only 5 miles away from the high-end shops and local restaurants of downtown Palm Springs.
You’ll find that the kitchen if fully stocked to cook up a gourmet creation or a quick snack. You will have everything you need to make this vacation rental your home. Your dining table provides an incredible view of the landscape and breathtaking mountain views, if you decide to eat indoors that is.
The living room provides a large smart screen television, electric fireplace heater, boardgames, and relaxing furniture to enjoy one-another’s company. You can also challenge your family or friends to a game of pool, that’s right, this property comes equipped with a gorgeous pool table that sits in front of another electric fireplace heater and a smart television for your enjoyment.
This vacation rental home features three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The bedrooms are located up the lighted staircase. The primary suite has beautiful 180-degree views of the mountain range and greens. The two junior suites located down the hall are quite spacious, and they have their own ensuite bathrooms, because who doesn’t appreciate having their own bathroom while on vacation!
When you're not out exploring the scenic desert landscape or exploring the Indian Canyons, slow down and enjoy the sunshine from the patio, or take a long dip in the private pool and marvel at the panoramic mountain views. Take notice as the sun sets beautifully over the ridge as it creates a memorable backdrop to your perfect day.
Your resort experience offers 27 holes of amazing golf (special golf packages are available just contact the pro-shop), driving range, tennis, pickle-ball, racquetball, full-service Spa, and a newly designed fitness center. All guests have access to these amenities including the Clubhouse grill, bar, lounge, and dining room.
You can also enjoy any of the 33 other complimentary pools located throughout the resort. Available activities include golf and tennis lessons (group clinics) with on-site pros, Bingo on Wednesdays, themed culinary experiences nightly in the dining room and much more (please check any Covid related changes regarding hours of operations/impact).

This vacation rental is in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy of 6. The maximum number of vehicles allowed at this property is 3.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $120 nightly or $600 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
Overall the house was very clean, welcoming, & roomy. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was wonderful! And the backyard is very nice. There are streaming apps which were nice. Overall it is a lovely home & good location!

This place was AMAZING. Ive stayed at plenty of vacation rentals and this has to be my FAVORITE property of all time. This was my first time in Palm Springs and definitely wont be my last. The property itself is breathtaking, peaceful, quiet and definitely relaxing. Super clean, super spacious, well stocked and organized. Each room had their own bathroom, each room was stocked with extra towels, extra sheets, shampoo/conditioner, little touches. Everything my guests and I needed, was available for us to use. Every detail in this place has my guests and I at a loss for words, the pool, the jacuzzi, the pool floaties, pool lights.. pure relaxation. This stay was absolutely perfect. My guests and I are already planning on visiting again. If youre ever in Palm Springs, please stay here.

This house was amazing. I had a little getaway with my bridesmaids here, all of us loved this house and were very comfortable during our stay. The host was very detailed with little amenities and thoughtfulness throughout! We had everything we needed, and the of course the pool was the highlight during this hot summer month haha. It was a great temp and at night we even used the jacuzzi! The pool controls were super easy to use on a tablet, so cool. We all want to come back and even some of our family members were asking about the home just based on our weekend pics :)
