To top it off, there is a patio door that delivers easy access to the pool deck.
The first guest bedroom has many of the other amenities found in the primary suite, including a flat-screen smart TV, ceiling fan, and a spacious slide door closet. This bedroom shares a hallway bathroom with the final guest bedroom that includes two twin size beds, ceiling fan, and a mirrored sliding-door closet.
The full kitchen is supplied with everything you need to whip up poolside snacks or culinary masterpieces. There is also a door that leads to the outdoor barbecue which make for effortless summer cookouts.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $59 nightly or $295 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

This place was perfectly delightful. Our stay exceeded our expectations. ur family of four had plenty of space for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The pool and garden were lovely, the house was clean, charming and wonderfully equipped, the beds comfy, the linens crisp, the kitchen fabulous. In a word: PERFECT! We enjoyed every moment of our stay: lounging poolside, grilling dinner, the scent of blooming lemon trees, the hummingbirds. We look forward to staying here again. One of our very favorite stays ever!

Great house! Very clean home. Beds are wonderful - luxury linens and bath towels. The pool and spa were a lot of fun - we payed extra for heat as it rained for much of our stay, but we still managed to swim and use the spa and the warm water was great!

This place is amazing! I was looking for a sunny reprieve from the snow and her place hit the spot. The neighborhood is peaceful and close to everything about 10 min / $14 Lyft ride from the airport or main shopping on Palm Canyon. When I wasnt shopping or dining with friends, I was enjoying the backyard and fantastic pool and spa it was so hard to leave! I highly recommend her place, and I hope to stay with them again! Thank you for a great stay!

Keyless entry, speedy Wi-Fi, Apple TV, the heated pool and hot tub, large kitchen, comfy bed, and classic mid century style were among our favorite aspects of the house. We had a slight problem with the plumbing and Poolside was beyond helpful. Not only did they send a plumber out within hours to fix the problem, they had someone else swing by with cupcakes to apologize for the inconvenience. Communication was so great throughout - I really appreciated how much they were focused on making sure we had an enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay at one of their properties again! As a frequent Palm Springs visitor, I know it makes all the difference when you have an attentive and considerate property management company.

Our stay was wonderful in every way! The house was so beautifully designed and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The induction stove and accompanying pots kept blowing us away - everything cooked evenly and perfectly. The pool and hot tub were the ideal size - lounge chairs were comfy - so grateful for end tables outside to hold drinks. The entire outside space felt so private and serene. The beds were all super comfy too and the air conditioning and ceiling fans kept us cool in the Palm Springs heat. We also loved having a two car garage to keep our cars tucked away from the sun. Thanks again for an incredible stay!
