In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

10/10 would recommend staying at any property hosted by Poolside Vacation Rentals. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay in Palm Springs was a great one. They were so friendly and responsive, had snacks and water available on arrival and even dropped by extra treats for us one day.

The house itself was gorgeous and perfect for our group of six (girls trip!), with plenty of room for us all to spread out. House had all the amenities we could want and came fully stocked, with extra special touches you just dont find in a lot of vacation homes. Its so convenient to the airport in a cute neighborhood, and a quick drive to downtown. Uber/Lyft are plentiful and made it so easy to get anywhere we wanted. The house is beautifully decorated, giving all the Palm Springs vibes! They really thought of everything as hosts, making it so easy for us to immediately relax and just enjoy our time. Would absolutely stay again next time were in Palm Springs!

I recently stayed at the Jolly Rancher in Palm Springs, and it was the best vacation rental experience I've had. The cleanliness was outstanding, making us feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, especially notable since each room (except one) had its own restroom, adding to the convenience. The shower was another highlight, enhancing the overall luxurious feel of the house. In summary, the Jolly Rancher is an excellent choice in Palm Springs, combining comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning!

We had a fantastic girl's weekend at this house, it had everything we wanted and more. After our first night in the house, we decided to stay in every night of the trip so we could enjoy all the amenities. It is incredibly close to the airport, but theres no plane noise. We spent the weekend in Palm Springs celebrating our sons 21st birthday. My husband and son are huge golfers and they love the courses in Palm Springs so it seemed like the perfect fit. Great place for a group! Booked this house for a girls trip and we loved the property! The house was spacious with bedrooms in each corner of the house. The kitchen was loaded with everything you would need. We enjoyed the outside property, from the pool to the hot tub to the fire pit and putting course. We will definitely be back again!
