We loved our stay! The entire backyard is a beautiful oasis where we were able to spend a lot of time. The kitchen is fully stocked making it easy to cook for a group. Id definitely recommend this house!

Very nice house from the 50s. Beautiful area, great location, 6 minutes by car from the center by car. Lots of restaurants in the area. Shopping a few minutes by car. Very nice and large pool! The hot tub was also beautiful. Both can be heated separately if desired. We felt at home!

The Poolside team responded fast when we had questions and extremely helpful and hospitable. I would gladly book again through them. Thanks for the awesome service!

Honestly the best place I've ever stayed at.

The people at Poolside Vacation Rentals were very friendly and responded quickly to any communication. They had our needs and comfort in mind.

The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. There was bottled water in the fridge and a box of snacks for us. The next day, they brought us some pastries and cookies. The house was in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard had a secluded feeling. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool every day. There were some nice floatables as well as big towels to dry off with. There were various games and books for us to entertain ourselves with. Everywhere we went in Palm Spring seemed to be within 1015 minutes of the house.

The Poolside team were great communicators! There were snacks when we arrived and we got a mid week snack delivery :)

We had a great stay! Perfect set up for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Place is exactly how it looks in the pictures and everything about checking in was easy. There were some games which our kids enjoyed but obviously the pool and hot tub were the main attraction for them. Worth it to have it heated given the time of year we were visiting. We would totally stay again when we return to Palm Springs!

The home not only had the classic mid-century architecture, but it was also nicely appointed and in a quiet neighborhood. My sis in law was traveling w her 2 small dogs and it was great to know the backyard was completely fenced w no way for them to wander off or neighbor dogs to wander in. Though it wasn't really walkable to PS's downtown in terms of restaurants, the neighborhood was great for taking long walks. The wall facing the pool and backyard is virtually all glass, so the home really gets a lot of natural light. Though we don't have DISH TV service back home, the main TV was pretty easy to navigate in terms of watching our faves and the appliances (being fairly new) worked great...we have a gas range at home and it was nice having the same here (vs electric). It was convenient having phone/computer chargers around the home, too. We've already booked a return visit!

The Poolside team was super responsive and helpful - it was our first vacation rental experience, they made everything easy! If we needed anything they were just a quick message away. Thank you for the amazing time!

We just got home from an amazing stay at Alexander in The Sun. The location was close to the airport which we loved, it was also less than 10 minutes to downtown Palm Springs and anywhere we had to go was easy to drive to. The home itself was just as pictured, everything was well stocked - we had everything we needed and more to cook meals at the house. We super appreciated that there were pool towels AND bath towels. The yard. Wow. Just wow. We paid for pool heal which was worth every penny as we spent hours every day out there. The pool is a good size, the hot tub was lovely, there are tons of cute little birds and there were real fruit trees. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxing. The yard is absolutely gorgeous and it will steal the show!

The team at Poolside was extremely responsive and even delivered us muffins for the morning.

Loved staying here! The outdoors/pool looked even better in person, everything was clean and as described. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, prep pieces, tools and appliances, we did not miss anything down to the pastry brush! Our beds were comfortable with nice linens and pillows. The private back yard and pool were so peaceful with great lawn furniture. The location made it easy to get any where we wanted to go. You can t go wrong with this property. Enjoy!

The house was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The backyard was like a private resort with a beautiful, large heated pool and a very unique in-ground hot tub that we enjoyed daily. The yard contained a variety of fruit trees, well-kept grass, flowers and many areas to sit and enjoy the quiet and peacefulness of the neighborhood. The pictures dont do it justice. The living room had a wall of glass to enjoy the private backyard from inside as well. A firepit outside and beautiful fireplace inside kept us warm on the cooler nights. The neighborhood felt very safe and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood looking at all of the the fun mid-century modern designs and colors of all the houses. Its very close to downtown and all of the shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely no words best of the best

This home was absolutely beautiful and we all enjoyed our stay immensely. Our family was able to attend our weekend functions which were all close by and then spend the rest of our time lounging in the pool and hot tub or in front of the fire. The backyard felt very private and you couldnt even see the other neighboring homes. The landscaping was so pretty and it truly felt like a retreat. The house and yard were stunning though and we would definitely stay again.
