The home sleeps six and features a spacious floor plan, in particular a wall of glass facing the sparkling pool. Walk-out access from the living room to the large swimming pool creates that true indoor-outdoor Palm Springs lifestyle. An expansive patio overlooks the inviting azure-tiled pool offset from the newly installed in-ground spa. This outdoor oasis provides plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the weather. It's the perfect outdoor living environment for which Palm Springs is famous.
Spend the day relaxing by the classic 1950's deep pool while enjoying your favorite beverage. Then spend the evening lingering around the fire pit creating memories with friends and family under the stars. The beautiful desert landscape features multiple citrus trees, various flowers, and desert plants.
This property abounds with special amenities including a modern gas fireplace, living room television with Dish satellite service, and art that is sure to catch your eye. Comfortable furnishings throughout the home highlight the bright and open space.
The open concept and well-appointed cook's kitchen has expansive countertops for a midcentury home, plus all the cooking utensils needed for an at-home dining experience.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, television, ensuite bath, closet, and glass slider to the backyard and pool. The two guest bedrooms share a fully upgraded hall bath and both include new Tempur-Pedic beds and smart televisions.
This home is conveniently located five minutes from the Palm Springs airport, downtown shops and restaurants, public and private golf courses, art galleries, and nightlife. Palm Springs area activities include world class golfing, hiking, botanical gardens, desert landscape parks, the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, tennis, gyms, horseback riding, and shopping (high-end outlet mall nearby).
Also enjoy nearby Joshua Tree National Park (an extraordinary national park set in the desert). Theme parks within a two-hour drive include Disneyland (in Anaheim) and Sea World (in San Diego).

Our homeowners have made this home available for others to enjoy with their responsible group that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city’s and house rules. The City of Palm Springs prohibits music and loud noise. It strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed outdoors at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 10:00 am, and guests are asked to be inside during those hours and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.
Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. We care for our homes and our guests with a dedication to great hospitality. We are locally owned and operated and look forward to the opportunity to host you.

Had a great girls weekend here! The neighborhood is so peaceful. Truly felt like a getaway. Quick uber (or 20 min walk) to the main street of town. All the beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the open living area to hang out and puzzle at night. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed over spring break with my husband and two elementary age children. The house is very close to the airport and downtown Palm Springs and was easy to find. The kitchen is well-stocked, the beds were comfortable and the house and pool were very clean and well-maintained. The pool was the main draw for us and we really enjoyed our time here. We really enjoyed our first time in Palm Springs and would stay here again!

Great place! Conveniently located close to both airport and downtown. The outdoor space, backyard was amazing with a nice pool and spa that were perfectly heated at our request. Plenty of space outside to sit and enjoy food and the sunshine. Kitchen was fully equipped with lots of dishes. Beds were comfortable with clean bedsheets. There were lots of amenities in the house. And a booklet with clear instruction from check-in to check-out. We loved our stay!

We loved staying at the Alexander. It was very cozy and homey. Weve stayed at other places in PS which were decorated like a mid-century museum. This place was tastefully decorated where it felt warm and inviting. Theres just the right amount of quirkiness that strikes a good balance between staying in a hotel and somebodys house. Its like heaven. And the mattresses in each room are simply perfect. Matter of fact, I would love to order the same make and model for my own home! We definitely would love to stay there again for our next trip to the Springs.

Very nice house from the 50s. Beautiful area, great location, 6 minutes by car from the center by car. Lots of restaurants in the area. Shopping a few minutes by car. Very nice and large pool! The hot tub was also beautiful. Both can be heated separately if desired. We felt at home!

The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. There was bottled water in the fridge and a box of snacks for us. The next day, they brought us some pastries and cookies. The house was in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard had a secluded feeling. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool every day. There were some nice floatables as well as big towels to dry off with. There were various games and books for us to entertain ourselves with. Everywhere we went in Palm Spring seemed to be within 1015 minutes of the house.

We had a great stay! Perfect set up for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Place is exactly how it looks in the pictures and everything about checking in was easy. There were some games which our kids enjoyed but obviously the pool and hot tub were the main attraction for them. Worth it to have it heated given the time of year we were visiting. We would totally stay again when we return to Palm Springs!
