Inspired by the infamous Italian cocktail, the Aperol Spritz, this resort-style getaway brings the bubbly and colorful aperitivo to life with pops of orange everywhere you turn. Enjoy a happy hour or two on the pool’s sun shelf as you watch the sun set around the San Jacinto mountains. Palm Spritz features local art from the Palm Springs and Los Angeles areas that is sure to make your visit a memorable one.

This nostalgic themed vacation rental is very comfortable and looks as though it was ripped from the pages of Palm Springs Life magazine. The furnishings reinterpret the iconic Palm Springs lifestyle without sacrificing comfort. Extensive thought and care went into each piece during the curating of this home for your enjoyment.  The home has been updated for the way we live today, featuring ultra high-speed internet, 5 flatscreen TVs, updated kitchen and bathrooms, spacious sleeping quarters, and multiple glass sliders that blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living.  This all was purposely incorporated to enhance your experience, so that you'll truly enjoy the Palm Springs lifestyle.

This magnificent property captures the magic and glamor of Southern California. The backyard itself is spacious & well-planned, with relaxation in mind. The sparkling pool & spa waterfall are at the center of the yard and surrounded by lounge chairs, seating & shade umbrellas. Resort-like amenities include a fire pit lounge, covered outdoor dining area, and a BBQ grill. Towering palm trees, lush plantings & sweeping mountain views all add to the magic of Palm Spritz.

The four bedrooms have been beautifully styled and each feature a hotel-quality mattress, flatscreen TV & plenty of storage space. The Primary Suite has a King bed, sliding doors to the yard & an en suite bathroom. The first of three guest bedrooms features a King size bed, television, and closet space. The other two guest bedrooms showcase Queen size bed, a television, and closet space. Each of the guest bedrooms feature comfortable furnishings, and shared access to the hallway bathroom outfitted with a shower/tub combo.  

The world famous Palm Canyon Drive is located within a few miles from this poolside vacation rental where you'll discover world class restaurants, cafes, grocers, sandwich shops, ice cream parlors, coffee shops, bars & other neighborhood conveniences.
Fun spots such as: Farm, French Miso Cafe, Tac/Quila, Tropicale, Otori Sushi, Sherman’s Deli, The Real Italian Deli, Off the Mark, Gambino’s Crepes, and Over the Rainbow Desserts are all very close.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
