This modern single-story house can be your next private desert oasis. You'll be approximately half a mile from Sunrise Square Shopping Center, which has a large supermarket, Starbucks and restaurants.
You'll have to tear yourself away from the home's incredible backyard, which offers entertainment and beautfiul mountain views. Bathe in the sunshine while appreciating the magnificient San Jacinto mountain views.
Secluded in a fenced backyard, the glistening saltwater pool offers a great place to spend blissful leisurely days. When you're ready to dry off, soak up some sun in one of the cushioned lounge chairs, or challenge someone in your group to a game of ping-pong.
Beneath the pergola, you'll find luxurious outdoor living spaces, including sitting and dining areas. Barbecue enthusiasts can fire up the private propane grill and serve their savory fare poolside. This courtyard also serves as the entry point to the casita for guests who prefer a bit more privacy.
After the sun sets, enjoy a soothing soak in the hot tub or a cool cocktail on a warm summer evening - the pergola and entryway lights will provide the perfect nighttime ambience.
The lighting in the entryway also allows for playing ping pong outdoors at night, or if you prefer to setup the table inside the air-conditioned garage for a cool playing atmosphere.
Additional Highlight: Free ChargePoint home charger level 2 in garage available during non-prime hours, making it available from 11pm-7:00am. Tesla owners will need to bring their adapter for the J1772 connector, which comes with every Tesla.

These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.
Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. We care for our homes, and our guests with a dedication to great hospitality. Locally owned & operated. We look forward to the opportunity to host you.

Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, kitchen was loaded with anything you could possibly need. Our teenagers loved the pool and ping pong table. The outside space is very private and quiet.

No surprises - pictures and description were a very accurate depiction of the space. It was a great set up for our family vacation. for those attending with family just note one of the rooms is in the pool house which is separate from the main house. This may not be for everyone but is was perfect for us.
Easy to get to, while you can't walk everywhere, things are just a hop, skip, and jump away.

This was a perfect place for a girls trip to Palm Springs. The home was lovely, with a terrific kitchen, and a spacious seating area where we could all gather to watch a movie or have drinks. We enjoyed the pool and lounges in the yard, and it was great to have our morning coffee on the back porch. Highly recommend this home for groups who are looking for a fun and relaxing stay!

We had a great experience with this house. The house is clean and very close to downtown Palm Springs and airport . The neighborhood is very quiet so we really had a very peaceful stay. The other king bedroom is in a separate house within the area, which really worked for a family with a baby. They have a nice pool and jacuzzi as well. We would stay in this house again and highly recommend.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here, it made all of our first ever Coachella experience all the more wonderful! It was such a comfy home, with all the amenities that you could ever imagine. The pool and hot tub were a godsend after 3 days of standing and bopping around. This definitely won't be our last Coachella experience and I hope to stay here once more!

Excellent stay at Marlon Blando. The house is very clean, with nice size rooms and bathrooms, and the kitching/living space is also nicely decorated and welcoming. We spent most of our time outside - the views are wonderful and the pool and hot tub were excellent to have available. The casita is perfect for anyone needing a bit of privacy - whether working remotely, needing extra quiet, or just a bit more space. Would definitely stay here again!

The Marlon Blando House was a great fit for us! The photos were a perfect representation of the property and it is conveniently located for exploring the area. The house was clean and well stocked for cooking with appliances being brand new/hardly used. The hot tub was hot (yay!) and plenty of towels were provided.
