This South Palm Springs vacation rental is located in the desirable community of Tahquitz River Estates.
The remodeled home is situated on over a 10,000 sq.ft. lot with gorgeous, unobstructed mountain views!
The sparkling pool and spa are set amidst lush, mature landscaping which provides privacy and during season, fresh citrus. The covered rear patio & BBQ complete the package for your perfect entertaining Shangri La!
Casa de Las Puertas is a bright, colorful, and relaxing. The kitchen & dining area overlook the backyard with upgraded quartz counter tops, stainless appliances and a large gas stovetop. The kitchen area offers seating for your entire group at the dining table, and there's also stools available at the kitchen island to sit and entertain the cook while they prepare their famous dish.
The living room offers a large screen smart television with Spectrum cable, so you won't miss your favorite show/game while vacationing in sunny Palm Springs. The Primary bedroom showcases a King size adjustable bed, smart tv, ceiling fan, pool access, and an ensuite bathroom. The first guest bedroom features a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, decorative artwork, and access out to the front courtyard area. The second guest room provides two long twin size beds, ceiling fan, and has access to the front courtyard as well.
The front courtyard offers a second location to enjoy your vacation. Featuring: fire pit, outdoor dining, mature landscaping, water feature, spectacular Mountain views, and multiple areas to unwind and relax in the warmth of the desert.
Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor:
This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.
Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. We care for our homes, and our guests with a dedication to great hospitality. Locally owned & operated. We look forward to the opportunity to host you.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $59 nightly or $295 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

The house was perfect for our stay. The bedrooms were comfortable and the living space cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor area was amazing. There were so many areas to enjoy between the outdoor kitchen, fire pits, lounge chairs, etc. It was peaceful and beautifully designed. We enjoyed the hot tub each day! Highly recommend this home. It is walkable to downtown based on your definition of walkable... it's about 20 minutes. We did this several times and caught an Uber other times. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Had such a fun time at this retreat - beautiful secluded front yard with its own large seating area, the house itself was inviting and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen, and a very large backyard with a pool and hot tub with tons of seating areas and access to an outdoor TV. Overall a great experience and can't wait to come back!

Loved the backyard set-up and spent all of our time in the great pool/spa. We truly felt like this place was a private getaway! I only regret not being to stay longer. My children felt at home and enjoy both the pool and outdoor back patio the most. I hate to give away a hidden gem, but Ill have to for this home ;-) The home was lovely top to bottom, and my family (2 adults + 2 kids) enjoyed our time away at this peaceful abode in a great Palm Springs location. The home was tastefully and eclectically decorated, clutter-free, super clean and we had an absolutely excellent time here. Also within walking distance of necessities and a few good eats/bars too. The pool and backyard area was also amazing and great for relaxing, plus everything worked perfectly and was immaculately clean upon arrival. We cant wait to come back and do it over again!!
